FIRE ALARM INSPECTIONS

 Fire Alarm Inspections: quarterly; semi-annual; annual fire alarm system inspections which will consist of inspecting and testing of all devices 100% fire alarm pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct detectors, water flow switches, tamper switches, door holders/releases, elevator recall, modules/relays, fire panels, auxiliary panels, batteries, power supplies. Per NFPA 72, State and Local codes

FIRE SPRINKLER

 Fire Sprinkler Inspections: quarterly; semi-annual; annual, three year and five year fire sprinkler system inspections for wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire systems. Will consist of full visual walkthrough of system for proper coverage, test and routine maintenance of all valves, gauges, alarm devices, and piping. Per NFPA 13, NFPA 25, State and Local codes 

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

 Fire Extinguisher Inspection: annual, five year, six year and twelve year inspection and service consist of inspections, test and routine maintenance of fire extinguisher. annual recharge in required enclosed recharging unit, replacement of o-rings and any damage parts visual inspection of property for proper protection, hydrostatic testing of cylinders. Per NFPA 10, State and Local codes 

FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

 Fire Suppression Systems Wet/Dry Inspections: semi-annual, annual, six year inspection test and routine maintenance of fire system will consist of replacing all fusible links, all missing or bad nozzle blow off caps, inspecting for proper protection coverage, cylinders, piping, detection line,  testing actuation of automatic and manual devices, all required shut downs and alarm signals. Per NFPA 17, NFPA 17A, State and Local codes 

FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM CLEAN AGENT

 semi annual;annual fire alarm system inspections which will consist of inspecting and testing of all devices 100% fire alarm pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct detectors, water flow switches, tamper switches, door holders/releases, elevator recall, modules/relays, fire panels, auxiliary panels, batteries, power supplies and Clean Agent cylinder inspection. Per NFPA 12, NFPA 2001 , State and Local codes   

FIRE PUMPS

  Fire Pump Inspections: weekly and annual fire pump inspections, test and routine maintenance will consist of full visual walkthrough of system inspection, test and routine maintenance of fire pump, motor, controller, all valves, gauges, alarm devices, and piping. Per NFPA 20, NFPA 25, State and Local codes 

BACKFLOW DEVICE

 Backflow Device Inspection: annual inspection, test and routine maintenance of all backflow devices per local water authority consist of differential pressure test of check valves and proper operation of device. Per AWWA, State and Local codes 

FIRE HYDRANTS

 Fire Hydrant Inspection: annual inspection, test and routine maintenance of all fire hydrants, valves and piping consisting of flow reading, lubricating valves and caps and all visual and protection barriers are in good condition. Per NFPA 25, NFPA 24, State and Local codes 

EMERGENCY / EXIT LIGHTING

 Emergency/Exit Lighting Inspections: annual inspection, test and routine maintenance of all emergency and exit lighting, consist of 90 minute battery test, proper illumination and location, battery load. Per NFPA 101, State and Local codes 

FIRE HOSE / STANDPIPE

 Fire Hose/Standpipe Inspections: annual and five year inspection, test and routine maintenance of all piping, hoses, valves, alarm devices. Per NFPA 14, NFPA 25, State and Local codes
